In a Sports Pack you get 20 Energy Bites of 4 flavors and 2 Bottles of Hydro Drink. So you can easily alternate between eating and drinking, and compose the amount of carbohydrates yourself. One Energy Bite has 13g of carbohydrates. The Hydro Drink bottle contains 250ml, enough to fill 10 bidons of 500ml each. In each water bottle you then have 15g of carbohydrates.
