Your hosts Carola, Manfred and Gabriel are all trained and qualified cycling guides in South Tyrol.

Home-made and typical South Tyrolean food

In South Tyrol you will find a mixture of two worlds: rustic peasant dishes with fine Mediterranean flair, that melt into one unique taste. We are using mainly seasonal produce. They must be freshly delivered and from nearby sources, because healthy, fine food can only be made using natural ingredients. We will spoil you completely: even if you have food allergies, we will take these into account.

A healthy breakfast, hearty or fruity and light. A typical South Tyrolean "Marende" or sweet snack in the afternoon. Sip an aperitif with the taste of the Italian Dolce Vita, to whet your appetite before your evening meal, when you will be served a fine 5-course menu with only the best regional dishes. Our kitchen team will amaze you every day with different themed menus and even allow you to watch your food being prepared. Host Carola knows just the right wine for each meal. Top-quality wines are abundant in South Tyrol and praised each year by well-known wine critics: fruity Vernaccia from the Oltradige, Lagrein, matured in oak barriques, or the mineral white wines from the Eisack valley.
